Information you share

When you contact AurumNexa, you may choose to share your name, laboratory information, phone number and inquiry details. When you submit our inquiry form, your name, contact number, laboratory name, city, preferred plan and message are stored in our secured Cloudflare D1 customer-inquiry database so we can respond. We may share your inquiry with our team solely for follow-up. We retain inquiries for as long as needed to provide support or meet legitimate business and legal requirements. You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting AurumNexa. If you also choose WhatsApp, that service processes your communication under its own policies.

License and laboratory data

For issuing and managing software licenses, AurumNexa may store approved laboratory details, license plan, expiry information, registered device public-key fingerprints and administrative activity records. These records are used for activation, security, device management and support.

Receipts and test records

Gold Lab software may keep test and receipt records on your Android device. This website is not a cloud backup service for those records. Customers should maintain their own suitable backups.

Security and access

Administrative access to license management is restricted. Device registrations use cryptographic keys. No system is guaranteed to be immune from unauthorized access; protecting your password and phone remains important.

Payments and third parties

Online card payments are not accepted on this website. If you use the WhatsApp inquiry option, you will leave this site for WhatsApp. Hosting and site delivery may involve Cloudflare services.
